1. I can understand you so well. It isn't just the financial side. But does he know how much time he will need to spend in opening a business especially a store? He will be gone from early morning till late night. 6 days/week. There will be no time for family. And does he even know something about owning a business or accounting?    Is he open to talk with someone about his plans? Can you get an appointment who is specialized in opening business? I'm not from the US so i don't who does this there.
