Honestly, he’s in the wrong for how he handled the situation, but I can see why he felt he was right. You had made it pretty obvious that you didn’t want it to be a thing from the start and he kept giving you options for you but after everything he probably felt it would be a more enjoyable experience without you around. He probably didn’t want the trip tainted by your feelings, but he should’ve communicated that even if it meant having an uncomfortable conversation. You guys probably need to sit down and have a serious conversation. You guys have only been together for a short time.
