What you need is some guided therapy to help you actually deal with your feelings here. You may also need marital counseling as well; what was it that led her to do this? What were the signs and symptoms that you missed? Are you seeing them again? Etc.

She has said that she was in an emotional affair with Elmer but she ended it and she did. She does not see him anymore because of that. And now she sees my friendship as one as well.
