I’m not sure every country, but if she can provide a safe environment, and is breastfeeding, she will most likely be granted full custody with visitation for the first few months, until the baby is no longer dependent on breast milk, by which then she will have established a parental relationship, although if you’ve been following the visits and support, you should be able to ask for 50/50 custody. To gain full custody you would have to prove that she is not fit to provide a safe and stable environment. And you will need legal advice.
