They will. You started dating too soon. I recently had this happen to me and it sucks. But I understood. I knew her circumstances and I should have listened to myself and not started dating her. Be the decent person and break it off with him, but do so honestly. He may be upset but it's better you don't waste his time any longer.
It really sounds like you need to step up and take action. Nothing will ever change if you keep giving in to her demands, suppressing your own needs, and ultimately, modeling unhealthy relationships for your child.

If the latter, try having that conversation with her now. Try marital counseling if you need help communicating
If you are past that point and just ready to be done with her, get a lawyer and go for shared or full custody. If she is an unfit parent, you should fight for what's in the best interest of your child.

Here’s an idea, invest in a $50 bidet from Amazon, install it (took my husband 10 minutes max) put some baby wipes in the bathroom and tell her to use the bidet, dry with the baby wipe after she finishes then put the baby wipe IN THE TRASH – do not flush the baby wipe.
If that fails then I’d have to wonder what her problem is but I wouldn’t continue to make it yours. She sounds either very inconsiderate or a total ding dong. I guess you need to decide if those characteristics are something you want to continue to online with. Try the bidet as a last ditch effort then at least you’ll know you tried.
