If she truly has that disorder, it is not her fault that those things happened, but she is responsible for her actions. She hurt you, and her friends and family should be the adults that they are and leave you alone.
Do not let them get to you. It does not excuse cheating. Move forward with your life and get into therapy.
Talk to a lawyer asap. They'll explain all your options. Don't tell your fiancé.
