What has this got to do with your ex. She didn’t reach out to to you- your reached out to her and shared songs and were reminiscing. You need to own this- your ex didn’t try to destroy your relationship you did that all on your own. ( your ex clearly thought you were interested in getting back together hence her surprise visit, why would she have any idea you had a girlfriend and most people in stable happy relationships don’t behave like you)
