I don’t think your the bad guy in this situation. If you can, you should express to your wife that you are uncomfortable about how frequently she is seeing this guy. If you don’t want to express that right away, offer to take your child to the play date instead so you can meet this guy and get to know him. Either way, if you don’t let your wife know and express your thoughts to her, then you will keep going day by day full of jealousy… and eventually that could lead to resentment. The child is both of yours, you have the right to know where and who she’s taking both of your child.

Hope you learn a lesson on loaning money to friends. There is a possibility of not being repaid and hurting the friendship. Not everyone is like that but a few are.
The problem with loaning friends money is that we are made to feel that we are the one that owe them money.
I think this can be worked on, I really do. A lot of the post threesome posts have jealousy involved which is generally naked to get past. You have flashbacks of that scene and it’s grows in you with toxicity. If what you’re telling us is true that’s not the case here. You say your girlfriend was sympathetic to you after this happened (which is too late by all means) but you also don’t seem to have negative feelings towards her for it. You know the situation better than us so it’s your view that counts and if she did nothing wrong then great. With regards to the limp dick though, which seems to be the centre of negativity at this point, it happens to all of us. I think you should communicate with your partner about that and try put this behind you as a lesson learned. If you're not happy with the side effects of your medication, then it would go a long way to review your options, determine medications that might work, and then go to your doctor and discuss making a change. I looked into alternatives, and looks like Bupropion might be an option. I don't see anything about reduced desire.
