Your workplace sounds kind of like “Wolf of Wall Street”. What you are hearing “on a daily basis” is something that would get someone almost summarily fired at a company with an HR department. These are supposed to be your subordinates. I'm assuming that they have led women coworkers to believe this is playful banter or something. At a minimum, and if HR does not have your back, I think the first thing would be to just reply with “I do not want to ever hear a sexual comment directed at me again.”
