I think that you need some Toughlove here. Were you give her a specific time she’s already had time where she hasn’t done anything. So now you have to dress it a little more tough and say you need to be out by this date. If she argues say I’ve giving you plenty of time.
There may be one issue, depending on where you live though some states are really weird about roommates stuff and people almost have squatters rights so. If she barks at you telling her, she needs to be out by the state. I would issue it to her in writing and then you’re kind of stuck. If the lost in your state support her would like 30 days or 60 days are some ungodly amount.
