Step 1. Get him back to his doctor ASAP. That's not a normal reaction to SSRIs. Antidepressants should make someone less suicidal, not more. This is a big problem that needs to be corrected immediately.
Step 2. Individual therapy for both of you. Whatever happened, and I'm not going to ask(though it sounds like it's related to a custody battle), sounds like it traumatized you both. I would not recommend continuing to try to work through this alone. I would also suggest therapists for your daughters. I can guarantee they've noticed these problems.
Step 3. Once you have begun to properly heal, you get couples therapy to work on your relationship.
